The room was nice. The front desk was courteous, but gave us some bad information. If you rent through third party do not make any changes to your reservation. I didn’t know this so it’s partially my fault as well. But the manager was generous with squaring us away on check out.
Jose was AMAZING at the front desk! He was friendly and professional. I was up at 5 am working and he came over and offered to make some coffee for me. I also had some technical issure with my computer and he helped me. Great service, we will be back !!!
This was a short stop on our way home. Checked in shortly after 7 pm. Front desk gal was very sweet and helpful. Great rate for a Sunday night. Room was clean and adequate towels. Breakfast a bit disappointing with the grab and go but did have a nice selection and variety. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

I called most every hotel in Stillwater for the Sunday Cross Canadian Ragweed concert and none answered -- just went to corporate operator. I called Stillwater Fairfield and a nice young lady name Tishawna answered -- handled all my questions and booked my room in perfect fashion. After my departure I realized I left a new shirt in the room so I called and was lucky to get Tishawna again -- She found the shirt, folded it nicely and sent it back to me in the mail with a nice note. Due to her this was one of the best hospitality experiences I have had in a long time. Thanks again -- Smith Wycoff
